What can the AI agent actually do?
It works inside your workspace rather than just answering questions: moving an application to a new stage, adding tasks to your week, tailoring a resume against a posting, or drafting a follow-up for you to review. You can ask it in plain language, and anything it changes, you can undo.
Where do the job listings come from?
Straight from companies’ own hiring boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Workable, so postings are current and the apply link goes to the real application. You start with a set of boards picked for your target role, Elafate keeps finding more that fit, and you can follow any company on those systems yourself. Each posting is rated against your profile and preferences (strong fit, worth a look or low fit, with the reasons on the card), so the board is ranked by fit rather than recency.
How does resume tailoring work?
Import the resume you already have or build one from scratch. For any application you can generate a tailored version that reorders and rewrites against that posting, check it with an ATS score, and keep every version side by side. Cover letters work the same way, and everything exports to PDF.
Does it track applications for me?
The tracker holds every application with its stage, dates, and notes in one table. Save a job from the board and it lands there already filled in, and when you tell the agent what happened it files the update for you.
What are the levels and XP for?
They turn the search into visible progress: XP for every card you clear, a level that climbs with it — Prospect through Champion — and a streak for the days you show up.
